Rainer Nachtsheim founded logment – Nachtsheim Consultants GmbH in April 2011.
With his many years’ experience in responsible management positions with well-known transport and logistics companies as well as some initial consultancy work for human resource consulting groups, Rainer Nachtsheim was finally able to put his philosophy of HR consultancy into practice.
At the heart of this philosophy was the goal of maintaining permanent contacts with decision-makers in human resources and companies as well as getting to know clients and candidates personally. Always keeping up-to-date with the latest developments on the logistics market and using the best possible database management system including important internet platforms as the basic tools. logment’s hallmark and the focus of all its activities is the processing and systematic completion of every single project. The ideal candidate is hand-picked after a very careful search.
We expect all our employees to set high standards for logment, the projects, clients, candidates and for themselves.
“Have I done everything possible to make the project a success?” This is the aspiration that has always motivated us in all our daily work.
In August 2018, Mr Nachtsheim triggered a generation change so that his team would be able to continue to operate successfully on the market in the future. He handed over the baton to Mr Martin Köcher, who has been a senior consultant at logment since the company’s foundation and has played a significant role in the company’s success.
Mr Nachtsheim stayed with the company to facilitate the changeover until summer 2019 and has now begun his well-earned retirement.
